Monthly Plan details
- 5 lessons per month with one weekly time slot reserved for you.
- Renews automatically each month by autopay. Two-month minimum; no early cancellation in the first 60 days.
- Roll over up to 5 unused lessons into the next month. You can hold up to 10 lessons at a time; lessons beyond 10 expire.
- Extra lessons can be used for a second weekly lesson, a different instrument or service, or a lesson for a sibling or parent.
- If your teacher is unavailable, we’ll offer a qualified substitute. If you’d rather not, the lesson rolls over within plan limits.
- To cancel, give at least one week’s notice before your next billing date. Remaining lessons must be used by the end of that billing cycle.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice count as used.
- On the Monthly Plan, the 5th lesson is your built-in buffer for missed or last-minute cancellations.
Payment and refunds
- Payment is due at registration. Monthly plans require autopay by bank debit or credit card.
- Lessons are non-refundable, including missed, unused or expired lessons. Rollover and bonus lessons have no cash value.
- Pricing is subject to change.
